Celebrating the land in stories
An enchanting weekend filled with captivating tales, live performances, and family-friendly activities!
Our line up of storytellers for 2025 includes:
Since 1989 DANIEL MORDEN has travelled the world, telling traditional tales. His repertoire ranges from profound Greek myths to magical fairy tales, thrilling adventures to absurd nonsense.
'To experience Daniel Morden in full flight is an amazing thing. He combines the skills of the troubadour, the actor, the bard, the standup comedian and the preacher in the pulpit. One of the UK’s greatest storytellers.' BBC RADIO 3 https://danielmorden.org/ |
Lisa Schneidau is a storyteller, author and environmentalist based in Devon. Lisa's storytelling is a warm mix of ancient tale and keen observation of the natural world, casting traditional stories in a contemporary context. With an ecological background and over twenty five years working in wildlife conservation, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and infectious enthusiasm to her audience.

Malcolm Green is both a naturalist and storyteller who has told stories professionally since 1982. In his recent work he has endeavoured to integrate a more-than-human perspective into his storytelling, collaborating with archaeologists, scientists and musicians to create a tapestry of ecology, myth and personal experience. He takes audiences away from the separate world of us and them to a sense of belonging.
